Yes. Khumo 2 is a handheld point of sale device that runs the same software as the Counter. Orders taken on the floor appear on the Counter screen and print at the bar automatically. Staff can also take card and tap payments on the spot. Khumo Print 2 adds a built-in printer, so they can print the bill at the table.
Yes. On the Pro plan, you can set staff PIN permissions for discounts, voids and refunds. Every action is logged against the staff member, so you have full visibility in your reports.
Yes, by product. Each sale updates what’s left, and low-stock alerts tell you when to reorder. Stock is counted per product sold, not per measure poured, so a bottle of wine and a glass of wine are tracked as separate products.
Yes. A tip prompt comes up on the card machine after each payment, and you can switch it off if you prefer.
