Yes. Khumo 2 is a handheld point of sale device that runs the same software as the Counter. Orders taken in the queue appear on the Counter screen and print in the kitchen automatically. Staff can also take card and tap payments on the spot.
Yes. Counter shows your top sellers in real time, and stock tracking with low-stock alerts tells you what’s left, so you can reorder before you sell out.
Yoco Counter connects via Wi-Fi or through a built-in multi-network SIM with 4G backup. If your Wi-Fi goes down during load shedding, the device switches to mobile data automatically so you can keep taking orders and payments.
For longer outages, you can also run a Khumo 2 alongside Counter on the same account as a backup device, with its own 18-hour battery and multi-network SIM.
Most payments reflect within 2 business days, but often sooner. If you need funds immediately, Yoco offers instant payouts so you can access your money right away. You can see your transaction history and payout timelines in the Yoco App.
