Pricing
You pay once-off for your card machine. Your transaction fee is between 2.5-2.7% (ex. VAT), depending on how much you transact.
There is also a connectivity fee of R49/month, applicable only in months that you use the card machine to transact.
Businesses that transact over R200,000/month are eligible for custom low rates.
How do I get started on the Neo Touch?
Switch your Neo Touch on by pressing the power button for 3 seconds. Follow the prompt on screen to sign up if you don't have a Yoco profile, or log in if you do.
What can my Neo Touch do?
Everything you need for great drama-free payments! You can also create sales notes, accept tips, record cash and view your sales history. You‘re also able to process refunds and conveniently send SMS and email receipts.
How do I enable tools like 'cash sale' or 'tips'?
The Yoco Neo Touch has all the sales tools you need. To activate them, press on sales tools from the home screen.
How long does it take for the money from a sale to reflect in my account?
A maximum of 2 business days. And you’ll be able to see your entire sales history in the Yoco App on your device, along with so much more.
Is there a monthly fee to use the Yoco Neo Touch?
We charge a connectivity fee of R49 per month, only applicable in months that you use the card machine. There are no rental fees or settlement costs.
How much do I pay for delivery?
If you buy your Yoco Neo Touch from the Yoco website, delivery is free anywhere in South Africa.
What are the transaction fees associated with the Yoco Neo Touch?
Transaction fees start at 2.7% (ex. VAT) and automatically drop as your transaction volumes go up. If you process more than R200,000 per month through your card machine, you are entitled to custom low rates.
